# Cheersson's application for a private placement of stocks has been approved by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Cheersson (002976.SZ) announced that on June 23, 2025, it received a notice from the Listing Review Center of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange regarding the application of Suzhou Cheersson Precision Industrial Group Co., Ltd. to issue shares to specific targets. The issuance and listing review agency of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange reviewed the company's application documents for issuing shares to specific targets and believes that the company meets the issuance conditions, listing conditions, and information disclosure requirements. Subsequently, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange will report to the China Securities Regulatory Commission to carry out the relevant registration procedures as required
