# Xiamen Xinde: Plans to transfer 100% equity of Xinda Investment for 86.6655 million yuan

Xiamen Xinde announced that the company will transfer 100% equity of Xinda Investment to its controlling shareholder Guomao Holdings at a price of 86.6655 million yuan. After the completion of this transaction, Xinda Investment will no longer be included in the company's consolidated financial statements. As of January 31, 2025, the book value of the shareholders' equity of 100% of Xinda Investment is 87.4035 million yuan, with an assessed value of 86.6655 million yuan. This transaction constitutes a related party transaction and does not constitute a major asset restructuring. The transaction price is fair and will not have a significant impact on the company's total profit for the current year
