According to the Zhitong Finance APP, MTCN (003026.SZ) announced that Mr. Xu Yijun, the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 2,584,380 shares (accounting for 2.00% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding trading or block trading within three months after the disclosure of this reduction plan, starting from 15 trading days thereafter
