# Dianguang Tech plans to establish a joint venture named Beijing Dianguang Cloud to expand its computing power service sector business

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Dianguang Tech (002730.SZ) announced that the company has decided to jointly invest with Huang Kaiyu to establish Beijing Dianguang Cloud Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Beijing Dianguang Cloud") using its own funds. The registered capital of Beijing Dianguang Cloud is proposed to be 10 million yuan, of which the company will invest 5.5 million yuan, accounting for 55% of the registered capital; Huang Kaiyu will invest 4.5 million yuan, accounting for 45% of the registered capital.

The announcement stated that this investment in the newly established subsidiary is beneficial for expanding the company's computing power service sector, enhancing the company's new development space, and improving the overall comprehensive competitiveness of the company
