According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Information Development (300469.SZ) has released a notice stating that the company's chairman has issued a "Notice on the Chairman's Plan to Increase Holdings in the Company." Mr. Gu Cheng plans to increase his holdings in the company's shares within six months from the date of the announcement, based on his strong confidence in the company's future development prospects and high recognition of the company's investment value, with a total increase amount of no less than RMB 10 million
