According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Dianguang Tech (002730.SZ) announced that the company plans to sell its wholly-owned subsidiary Wenzhou Dianguang Fengyu Electric Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Fengyu Company") to Yueqing Kaka Electric Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Kaka Electric") for 16.9 million yuan.
