# DHHI plans to grant no more than 19.3136 million shares at a grant price of 2.97 yuan per share

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Dalian Heavy Industry (002204.SZ) has disclosed the draft of the 2025 Restricted Stock Incentive Plan, proposing to grant no more than 19.3136 million A-shares of restricted stock to a total of no more than 201 incentive recipients, with a grant price of 2.97 yuan per share. The validity period of this plan is from the completion date of the registration of the granted restricted stock until the date when all restrictions on the granted restricted stock are lifted or repurchased, not exceeding 5 years
