# HJINV plans to change control rights, expected suspension time not to exceed 2 trading days

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, HJINV (000633.SZ) announced that the company has received a notification from its controlling shareholder, Guanghui Energy Co., Ltd. ("Guanghui Energy"), informing that Guanghui Energy is planning to transfer its 20.74% stake in the company, with specific implementation plans yet to be further communicated and determined. This matter may lead to a change in the company's control, with the main counterparty being Jiuzhou Hengchang Logistics Co., Ltd., which is mainly engaged in multimodal transport, dedicated fleet operations, corridor transportation, railway station services, and various other businesses. This equity change still needs to go through the relevant procedures for agreement transfer, and does not involve prior approval from the competent authorities.

The company's stock will be suspended from trading starting from the morning of June 24, 2025 (Tuesday), with the suspension expected to last no more than 2 trading days
