According to information from Infinera, the company has reached a final agreement with Standard BioTools, under which Infinera will acquire SomaLogic and other designated assets for $350 million in cash. This transaction is based on the collaborative development agreement reached between Infinera and SomaLogic in December 2021, and the cooperation will advance the integration of SomaScan® proteomics testing into Infinera's high-throughput next-generation sequencing (NGS) platform.
