# Youngor sells part of its financial assets, with a cumulative transaction amount of approximately 4.175 billion yuan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Youngor (600177.SH) announced that as of June 23, 2025, the company will sell financial assets including CITIC, CITIC BANK, JIANGSU BOQIAN NEW MATERIALS STOCK, and CHICMAX, with a cumulative transaction amount of approximately 4.175 billion yuan over a continuous twelve-month period, reaching 10.13% of the audited net assets at the end of 2024 (based on audited data), thus meeting the above information disclosure standards.

The company has been implementing the new financial instruments standards since January 1, 2019. Financial assets such as CITIC are designated as "financial assets measured at fair value with changes recognized in other comprehensive income," and their value fluctuations and disposals do not affect the current profit and loss, with only dividend income counted as current investment income affecting the current profit and loss
