# Jiahe Foods plans to offer coffee products to shareholders for free

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Jiahe Foods (605300.SH) announced that the company has decided to gift its Golden Cat® coffee products to all shareholders for free and is soliciting opinions or suggestions from shareholders regarding Golden Cat® coffee and the company.

The company will gift products to shareholders who are registered with the Shanghai branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited as of the close of trading on June 3, 2025 (the equity registration date for the company's second extraordinary general meeting in 2025). Each shareholder can claim one box of the company's free Golden Cat® Gold Award freeze-dried coffee, two boxes of Golden Cat® freshly ground 20x concentrated coffee liquid, and one box of Golden Cat® coffee concentrate (hazelnut flavor)
