# YUTO TECH. plans to invest no more than USD 12 million in the CRPIF fund to layout new energy-related projects

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, YUTO TECH. (002831.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Hong Kong YUTO Printing Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Hong Kong YUTO") intends to invest in China Renewable Power Infrastructure LPF (referred to as "CRPIF Fund") and will sign the relevant subscription agreement on June 23, 2025. The CRPIF Fund mainly focuses on investment in new energy infrastructure and supporting energy storage projects, such as photovoltaic and wind power. The target scale of the fund is no more than USD 650 million. The company's subsidiary Hong Kong YUTO will invest no more than USD 12 million to subscribe for fund shares
