# EDO's certain directors and senior executives plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 351,600 shares

According to the announcement from Hehui Optoelectronics (688538.SH), due to personal funding needs, some of the company's directors and senior executives: Mr. Liu Huiran, Mr. Chen Zhihong, Ms. Li Fengling, and Mr. Zhang Bin plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares through centralized bidding transactions, with a total reduction not exceeding 351,600 shares, accounting for no more than 0.0025% of the company's total share capital, and the total number of shares reduced by individuals will not exceed 25% of the total shares they directly held before this reduction. The aforementioned reduction will take place within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement (from 2025/7/16 to 2025/10/15)
