# ZHONGYA GROUP: Five directors and executives plan to reduce their shareholdings

Zhongya Group announced that the company's directors and senior management personnel Ji Yonglin, Jin Weidong, Xu Ren, Wang Ying, and Lu Zhifeng plan to reduce their shareholdings through centralized bidding due to personal funding needs, within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement. The specific number of shares to be reduced and the proportion of the company's total share capital are as follows: Ji Yonglin will reduce no more than 18,750 shares, Jin Weidong will reduce no more than 28,750 shares, Xu Ren will reduce no more than 18,750 shares, Wang Ying will reduce no more than 7,050 shares, and Lu Zhifeng will reduce no more than 9,375 shares. The reduction price will be determined based on market prices
