ALD announced that the company's senior management personnel, Wei Xuesong and Chen Miao, plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by 65,482 shares and 43,111 shares, respectively, through centralized bidding within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement, accounting for 0.0223% and 0.0147% of the company's total share capital, respectively. Wei Xuesong holds 261,900 shares of the company, accounting for 0.0893% of the total share capital; Chen Miao holds 172,400 shares of the company, accounting for 0.0588% of the total share capital. This reduction is due to personal funding needs and will not result in a change of control of the company
