According to the Zhitong Finance APP, YA BANG (603188.SH) announced that in order to meet the operational development needs of its wholly-owned subsidiary Jiangsu Ya Bang Hualian Dye Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Ya Bang Hualian"), and to promote the overall healthy operation and sustainable development of the company and its subsidiaries, the company plans to increase its capital in Ya Bang Hualian by 145 million yuan using self-raised funds in cash. After the capital increase is completed, its registered capital will increase from 255 million yuan to 400 million yuan
