Chase announced that Peng Hongyi, a director and board secretary holding 3.58% of the company's shares, plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 1.8 million shares, accounting for 0.89% of the company's total share capital, within three months after 15 trading days from the announcement date, through centralized bidding or block trading. Director Wang Qi, who holds 1.94% of the company's shares, plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 900,000 shares, accounting for 0.44% of the company's total share capital. Director and Deputy General Manager Cong Denggao, who holds 1.43% of the company's shares, plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 720,000 shares, accounting for 0.35% of the company's total share capital. The reason for the reduction is personal funding needs
