According to the Zhitong Finance APP, P&S (300184.SZ) announced that the company recently received a notice from its controlling shareholder and actual controller, Mr. Mark Zhao, and his concerted party, Ms. Gao Huiyi, regarding their plan to reduce their holdings in the company. They plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 11.5401 million shares (accounting for 1% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement
