# Haite: Plans to sell 3 B737-800 aircraft for a total price of USD 73 million to USD 104 million

According to the announcement from Haite (002023.SZ), based on the company's operational development plan, its wholly-owned subsidiary Tianjin Huaxin No. 1 Leasing Co., Ltd. will sell one B737-800 aircraft to the buyer Tianjin Jinrui Leasing Co., Ltd.; its wholly-owned subsidiary Tianjin Huaxin Shinian Leasing Co., Ltd. will sell one B737-800 aircraft to the buyer Tianjin Qingkongshan Yi Aircraft Leasing Co., Ltd.; and its wholly-owned subsidiary Tianjin Huaxin Jiutian Leasing Co., Ltd. will sell one B737-800 aircraft to the buyer Tianjin Qingkongshan Er Aircraft Leasing Co., Ltd.

The total market price range for the three B737-800 aircraft is between USD 73 million and USD 104 million, with the actual sale price determined through negotiation between the parties. This transaction will help optimize the company's asset-liability structure, allocate resources reasonably, enhance the flexibility of the company's operations, align with the company's overall development strategy, further optimize the company's strategic layout, and improve operational and management efficiency
