# Huayang New Materials: FORYOU received a notice of case filing from the China Securities Regulatory Commission

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Huayang New Materials (600281.SH) has reported that the company learned from the related party Huayang New Materials Technology Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Huayang Group," the custodian of the company's controlling shareholder Taihua Group) that Huayang Group recently received the "Notice of Case Filing" from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) (No.: Zheng Jian Li An Zi 0172025002). This is due to Huayang Group's occupation of funds from Yangmei Chemical Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yangmei Chemical") in 2021, which led to Yangmei Chemical allegedly failing to disclose non-operating fund transactions as required. According to the Securities Law of the People's Republic of China and the Administrative Penalty Law of the People's Republic of China, the CSRC has decided to file a case against Huayang Group.

This matter does not involve the company, is unrelated to the company, and will not affect the company's normal production and business activities. The company does not have any situation of fund occupation by its controlling shareholder or other related parties
