# CB GLOBAL issues a profit warning, expecting annual performance to turn from loss to profit of approximately HKD 9 million to 11 million

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CB GLOBAL (08026) announced that it expects the group to achieve a profit of approximately HKD 9 million to HKD 11 million for the year ending March 31, 2025, while it incurred a loss of approximately HKD 76 million for the year ending March 31, 2024.

The announcement stated that the turnaround from loss to profit is mainly due to an operating profit of approximately HKD 16 million from the property management business. In addition, an expected credit loss reversal of approximately HKD 3 million is anticipated, compared to an expected credit loss impairment of approximately HKD 24 million recognized in the previous year. Furthermore, there were no share-based awards granted in the current year, while the related equity-settled share-based payment expense for the previous year was approximately HKD 21 million
