The company's holding subsidiary, Huafon Thermal Power, originally planned to invest 510 million yuan to construct the cogeneration project in Ruian Economic Development Zone. Currently, one boiler and one turbine have been completed, with an investment of 269 million yuan, and it is officially in operation. Considering changes in the market environment and user demand, the company has decided not to proceed with the subsequent investment and construction of one boiler and one turbine. This project adjustment aims to enhance economic efficiency, aligns with the company's actual operating conditions, and will not have a significant impact on the company's normal production and business activities
