# CHEN DIAN INTERNATIONAL received the "Administrative Penalty Decision."

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CHEN DIAN INTERNATIONAL (600969.SH) announced that it recently received the "Administrative Penalty Decision" from the Emergency Management Bureau of Chenzhou City \[(Xiang Chen) Emergency Penalty \[2025\] No. 37\] and the "Administrative Penalty Decision" from the Hunan Regulatory Office of the National Energy Administration (Xiang Jian Neng Penalty No. \[2025\] No. 8).

On December 9, 2024, the Chenzhou branch's 110kV North Two Line overhead ground wire replacement project was contracted for construction by Hunan Dongjiang Electric Power Engineering Co., Ltd. During the construction process, an electric shock accident occurred, resulting in the death of one construction worker. The Emergency Management Bureau of Chenzhou City and the Hunan Regulatory Office of the National Energy Administration conducted investigations and verifications of the accident, respectively deciding to impose an administrative penalty of RMB 520,000 on the Chenzhou branch, with a fine of RMB 450,000
