Intretech announced that starting from July 3, 2025, the upper limit for the repurchase price of the company's shares will be adjusted from no more than 16.87 yuan per share to no more than 16.58 yuan per share. The total amount for this repurchase will not be less than 80 million yuan and not exceed 130 million yuan, with the repurchased shares intended for cancellation and reduction of registered capital. As of the announcement date, the company has repurchased 4.7456 million shares, with a total repurchase amount of 63.5937 million yuan. It is estimated that the remaining funds can repurchase approximately 989,500 shares, and combined with the already repurchased shares, the total number of shares that can be repurchased is expected to be 5.7352 million shares, accounting for approximately 0.7377% of the company's total share capital
