# NBEG: Jintong Leasing's registered capital will increase to 1 billion yuan

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Ningbo Energy (600982.SH) has released a notice stating that its subsidiary, Jintong Leasing, will receive capital increases from its shareholders: Ningbo Energy, Ningbo Economic and Technological Development Zone Holdings Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Development Zone Holdings"), Ningbo Economic and Technological Development Zone Thermal Power Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Development Zone Thermal Power"), and Ningbo Meishan Free Trade Port Area Jinyuan Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Jinyuan Partnership"). A total capital increase of 482 million yuan will be made, raising Jintong Leasing's registered capital from 518 million yuan to 1 billion yuan. Each shareholder will convert 136 million yuan of capital reserve and undistributed profits into paid-in capital based on their shareholding ratio as of the end of September 2024, with any shortfall being supplemented in cash according to their shareholding ratio.

This capital increase will help Jintong Leasing expand its business, enhance its profitability, and promote its operational development, aligning with the company's development strategy
