According to the Zhitong Finance APP, GoogolTech (301510.SZ) announced that its shareholder GRC SinoGreen Fund III, L.P. (referred to as "GRC") will reduce its holdings by 4 million shares through centralized bidding from May 29, 2025, to June 24, 2025, with a change in equity ratio of 1.00%
