# Anlogic: The National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund's shareholding ratio has decreased to 5.94%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Anlogic (688107.SH) announced that the company recently received a notice from a shareholder holding more than 5% of the shares, the National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Industry Fund"), regarding the change in equity that touched the 1% threshold. As of the market close on June 24, 2025, the Industry Fund has cumulatively reduced its holdings in the company by 3.29 million shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.82% of the company's total share capital, with its shareholding ratio decreasing from 6.76% to 5.94%
