According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Aopu Technology (603551.SH) disclosed the draft of the 2025 restricted stock incentive plan, proposing to grant 6.17 million restricted shares, accounting for approximately 1.58% of the company's total share capital at the time of the announcement of the incentive plan draft. Among them, 4.97 million shares will be granted in the first grant, with a total of 17 individuals as the incentive recipients, and the grant price is set at 5.30 yuan per share
