# Homelink plans to acquire 51% equity of Hongxiang Runfeng for 11.2004 million yuan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Homelink (301193.SZ) announced that the company intends to acquire 51% of the equity of Ningbo Hongxiang Runfeng Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hongxiang Runfeng") held by Mr. Hu Xuan for a price of 11.2004 million yuan.

Hongxiang Runfeng is a limited liability company established specifically for investing in the production of iron household products in Vietnam. Its main assets are the equity of its wholly-owned subsidiaries: United Riches International PTE. LTD. (Singapore), Brighthome International Company Limited (Vietnam), and Brighthome Vietnam Manufacturing Company Limited (Vietnam). This acquisition of Hongxiang Runfeng is aimed at implementing the company's overseas business development strategy, accelerating the layout of global production bases, and enhancing international competitiveness and comprehensive service capabilities. Upon completion of this transaction, Hongxiang Runfeng will become a subsidiary controlled by the company
