According to the Zhitong Finance APP, YUXING (300305.SZ) announced that its shareholder Beijing Renji Real Estate Development Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Beijing Renji"), which holds 10.47% of the shares, plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 3.75 million shares (accounting for 1% of the company's current total share capital) through centralized bidding from July 17, 2025, to October 16, 2025
