# Maccura shareholder Guo Lei and his concerted parties plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 2.68%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Maccura (300463.SZ) announced that the company's shareholder Guo Lei, who holds more than 5% of the shares, and his concerted action party, Shanghai Axing Investment Management Co., Ltd. - Yan'an No. 20 Private Securities Investment Fund, and Shanghai Axing Investment Management Co., Ltd. - Yan'an No. 22 Private Securities Investment Fund, issued a "Notice of Planned Share Reduction." They plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by no more than 16.3279 million shares, which is no more than 2.68% of the company's current total share capital (after deducting the number of shares held in the repurchase special account), within 90 calendar days after the fifteenth trading day from the date of the announcement (no reduction during the window period)
