According to the Zhitong Finance APP, RC (300596.SZ) announced that one of its controlling shareholders, Tianjin RC Technology Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "RC Group"), plans to reduce its holdings in the company by a total of no more than 6.88856 million shares through centralized bidding or block trading from July 17, 2025, to October 16, 2025, accounting for 3% of the company's total share capital
