According to the news from Zhitong Finance APP, Seamild Foods (002956.SZ) announced that its shareholder Hezhou Tongmai, the actual controller XIE LILING, JI LI, and their concerted actors Xie Shiyi and Xie Yuling plan to reduce their holdings in the company, with a total intended reduction not exceeding 2,232,065 shares, accounting for a total of no more than 0.99% of the company's total share capital
