Actionpower announced that due to the implementation of the 2024 annual equity distribution, with a cash dividend of 0.16513 yuan per share, the company has adjusted the upper limit of the share repurchase price. The upper limit before adjustment was 41.67 yuan/share, and after adjustment, it is 41.51 yuan/share, effective June 25, 2025. The number of shares to be repurchased is between 2 million and 4 million shares, with an expected repurchase amount of 83.02 million to 166 million yuan
