According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ZYST (300936.SZ) disclosed the pricing situation for the transfer of shares through shareholder inquiry. After inquiring with institutional investors, the preliminary transfer price has been set at 31 yuan per share. The shares intended for transfer in this inquiry have been fully subscribed, with the preliminary determination of the transferees being 13 investors, and the total number of shares to be transferred is 3 million shares
