# SCREEN plans to increase its investment in Changying Hengrong by 52.1 million yuan, deepening its focus on the electromagnetic compatibility field

According to the announcement from SCREEN (688053.SH), the company plans to increase its investment in Beijing Changying Hengrong Electromagnetic Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Changying Hengrong") by 52.1 million yuan. After the capital increase is completed, SCREEN will hold 51.028% of the equity in Changying Hengrong.

It is reported that the target company is an enterprise deeply engaged in the field of electromagnetic compatibility, establishing a research pattern focused on electromagnetic compatibility design, testing and evaluation in complex electromagnetic environments, software development, system-level electromagnetic compatibility testing system development and testing method research, special antenna design, radar target characteristic analysis, and radio frequency identification technology
