# WIT DYNE shareholder Guo Weisong plans to increase his holdings from 4.33 million shares to 8.66 million shares

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, WIT DYNE (000915.SZ) stated that the company's shareholder Mr. Guo Weisong, who holds more than 5% of the shares, has issued a "Notice of Shareholding Increase Exceeding 1%" and a "Commitment Letter for Shareholding Increase Plan." Based on the acquisition of 2,343,400 shares on June 25, 2025, Mr. Guo plans to continue increasing his shareholding through the Shenzhen Stock Exchange trading system via centralized bidding, with a minimum of 4,330,000 shares (approximately 1.85% of the total share capital) and a maximum of 8,660,000 shares (approximately 3.70% of the total share capital) within six months starting from June 26, 2025
