# JAHB's shareholder Zhongxiang Chemical Fiber's stake has fallen below 5%

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, JAHB (603822.SH) stated that on June 26, 2025, the company received a "Simplified Equity Change Report" issued by its shareholder Zhongxiang Chemical Fiber. Zhongxiang Chemical Fiber reduced its holdings in the company by 730,000 shares (accounting for 0.9502% of its total holdings) through centralized bidding from April 30, 2025, to June 26, 2025. After this equity change, Zhongxiang Chemical Fiber's number of unrestricted circulating shares in the company decreased from 4.5712 million to 3.8412 million shares, and its shareholding ratio decreased from 5.95% to 4.99988%, no longer being a shareholder with more than 5% ownership in the company
