# Three shareholders of BABI FOOD plan to collectively reduce their holdings by no more than 0.84%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, BABI FOOD (605338.SH) announced that its shareholders Tianjin Huiping Investment Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Tianjin Huiping"), Tianjin Zhongyin Investment Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Tianjin Zhongyin"), and Tianjin BABI Investment Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Tianjin BABI") plan to reduce their holdings in the company through centralized bidding, with a maximum of 180,909 shares (i.e., no more than 0.0755% of the company's current total share capital), 731,199 shares (i.e., no more than 0.3052% of the company's current total share capital), and 1,102,811 shares (i.e., no more than 0.4603% of the company's current total share capital), respectively
