# YKS: Chairman's partial shares were auctioned off by the judiciary

YKS announced that part of the shares held by Chairman Mr. Xiao Siqing will be publicly auctioned by the People's Court of Kaifu District, Changsha City on the JD Network Judicial Auction Platform. The shares to be auctioned amount to 10.1142 million shares, accounting for 1.09% of the company's total share capital. As of the announcement date, the total shares to be auctioned for Xiao Siqing and his concerted actors amount to 30.5482 million shares, accounting for 3.29% of the total share capital. This judicial auction is still in the announcement stage and carries the risk of failing to sell, but it does not currently pose a significant adverse impact on the company's governance and daily production operations. The company will continue to monitor the progress of the auction and fulfill its information disclosure obligations in a timely manner
