# HWPC: Compound Potassium Hydrogen Phosphate Injection has passed the consistency evaluation of generic drugs

According to the announcement from Warner Pharmaceutical (688799.SH), the company has recently received the "Drug Supplement Application Approval Notice" issued by the National Medical Products Administration for the compound potassium hydrogen phosphate injection. Upon review, this product has passed the consistency evaluation of quality and efficacy for generic drugs.

As a phosphorus supplement, compound potassium hydrogen phosphate injection is mainly used for: 1. Correcting hypophosphatemia in adult and pediatric patients when oral or enteral nutrition cannot be administered, is insufficient, or is contraindicated; 2. Providing parenteral nutrition for adult and pediatric patients when oral or enteral nutrition cannot be administered, is insufficient, or is contraindicated. Phosphorus is involved in the phosphorylation of sugars in carbohydrate metabolism, constitutes phospholipids in membrane components, and is one of the important components of intracellular RNA, DNA, and many coenzymes. Phosphorus also participates in the storage, conversion, and transport of energy, as well as the regulation of body fluid buffering functions
