# MAXVISION: The controlling shareholder donated 800,000 shares for free

MAXVISION announced that its controlling shareholder and actual controller, Qu Lei, intends to donate 800,000 shares to the Anhui MAXVISION Public Welfare Foundation, accounting for 0.31% of the company's total share capital. This donation will not lead to a change in the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller, nor will it have a significant impact on the company's governance structure and ongoing operations. The donated shares come from shares issued prior to the initial public offering and the capital reserve converted into shares, all of which are unrestricted tradable shares and will be transferred through a non-trading transfer method. After the donation is completed, the foundation will hold 800,000 unrestricted tradable shares of the company, accounting for 0.31% of the company's total share capital
