# S.P.I Landscape Design plans to grant 2.705 million stock options

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, S.P.I Landscape Design (300844.SZ) disclosed the draft of the 2025 stock option incentive plan, proposing to grant a total of 2.705 million stock options (of which 2.345 million will be granted initially, and 360,000 will be reserved for future grants), with an exercise price of 43.81 yuan per share. The number of initial grantees will not exceed 79.

The validity period of this incentive plan is from the date of completion of the initial stock option grant registration until all stock options granted to the grantees are exercised or canceled, with a maximum duration of no more than 40 months
