According to the Zhitong Finance APP, RXHT (300828.SZ) announced that the company recently received a "Notice of Shareholding Reduction Reaching 1% Integer Multiple" issued by Shanghai Guoshi and its concerted party Shanghai Guosheng. Shanghai Guoshi and its concerted party Shanghai Guosheng have cumulatively reduced their holdings of the company's shares by 1.6481 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading, accounting for 1% of the company's total share capital after deducting the shares in the repurchase special account
