# SHBT plans to raise no more than 300 million yuan through a simplified procedure for the construction of a screw production base in Thailand

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SHBT (603009.SH) disclosed a plan to issue A-shares to specific investors through a simplified procedure for the year 2025. The company intends to issue shares to no more than 35 (inclusive) specific investors. The number of shares issued through this simplified procedure will be determined by dividing the total amount of funds raised by the issue price, not exceeding 30% of the company's total share capital before this issuance, with the total amount of funds raised not exceeding 300 million yuan, and not exceeding 20% of the company's net assets at the end of the most recent year. The issue price will not be lower than 80% of the average trading price of the company's shares over the 20 trading days prior to the pricing benchmark date.

It is reported that the total amount of funds raised will not exceed 300 million yuan, and after deducting issuance costs, the entire amount will be used for the construction project of the Thailand screw production base of Shanghai Beite Technology Co., Ltd. (Phase I)
