According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Forecam (688010.SH) stated that due to its own funding needs, the company's shareholder Fujian State-owned Assets Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as "State-owned Assets Company") intends to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by a total of no more than 4.8168 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading, which is no more than 3% of the company's total share capital
