# Yiheda plans to grant 6.32 million restricted shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Yiheda (301029.SZ) has disclosed the draft of the 2025 restricted stock incentive plan, proposing to grant 6.32 million restricted shares to the incentive recipients (of which 6.16 million shares are for the initial grant, and 160,000 shares are reserved). The grant price for the initially granted restricted shares is RMB 11.50 per share, and the grant price for the reserved restricted shares is the same as that of the initially granted restricted shares. A total of 90 individuals are included as incentive recipients in this initial grant.

The validity period of this plan is from the date of granting the restricted shares until all restricted shares are fully vested or become invalid, with a maximum duration of 60 months
