# HySum Flexibles plans to acquire 100% equity of Zhengyi Packaging in cash

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, HySum Flexibles (300501.SZ) announced that the company is planning to acquire 100% equity of Guangdong Zhengyi Packaging Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhengyi Packaging") held by Zeng Zewen, Zeng Minyin, and Foshan Fengyuan Technology Center (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Fengyuan Technology") through cash payment, thereby obtaining controlling interest in Zhengyi Packaging. On June 25, 2025, the company signed a "Equity Acquisition Intent Agreement" with Zhengyi Packaging shareholders Zeng Zewen, Zeng Minyin, Fengyuan Technology, and the target company.

The announcement shows that Zhengyi Packaging has become a leading enterprise in the packaging industry's niche market due to its core competitiveness in aluminum oxide film technology and market advantages of products such as aluminum oxide film and vacuum aluminum-coated film. This acquisition is an important layout based on the company's strategic development plan, aiming to further enhance the company's overall competitiveness and market share through resource integration
