According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Tuoshan (001226.SZ) announced that the number of shares to be released from restrictions prior to its initial public offering is 56 million shares, accounting for 75.00% of the company's total share capital. Among them, the number of shares released from restrictions by the actual controller Mr. Xu Yangshun is 41.788377 million shares, accounting for 55.97% of the total share capital. The date for the release of restrictions and listing for circulation is July 1, 2025 (Tuesday)
