According to the Zhitong Finance APP, BPSemi (688368.SH) has disclosed the draft of the 2025 restricted stock incentive plan, proposing to grant a total of 1,073,375 restricted shares to the incentive recipients, accounting for approximately 1.22% of the company's total equity on the date of the announcement of the incentive plan draft. Among them, 858,700 restricted shares will be granted in the first grant, with a total of 201 incentive recipients, and the grant price is set at 48.88 yuan/share
